Return policy

If you are not completely satisfied with any Imprint Academic book or journal, return it in saleable condition within seven working days and we will send you a full refund.
Imprintdigital.com: returns restricted to items that are defective or damaged in transit -- all such goods will be replaced at our expense.

Cancellation policy

Print orders for imprintdigital.com may be cancelled on receipt of proof if not judged to be of sufficient quality.

Imprint Academic journals (surface mail): included in subscription rate
Imprint Academic journals (air mail): as per web page for the title in question
Imprint Academic books inland (UK): 1-2 books: £1 per book; 3 books or more: free of charge
Imprint Academic books overeseas (airmail): 1-2 books: £2.50 per book; 3 books or more: free of charge

Expiry period for non-delivery claims
